Beth Gayer excels at presenting a property to show off its best assets and pairing sellers to buyers for a harmonious deal.
Beth trained as a classical musician from the time she was 12 years old. This training fine tuned her listening skills and attention to detail. She later began a professional career at Bloomingdales - first in Fine Jewelry sales and then quickly entered the Executive Buyers training program where she successfully bought luxury home furnishings and designed and developed exclusive luxury products. She managed a $40 million dollar multiple store business. She was recognized by Bloomingdales with a "Best of the Best" award which is given only to the buyers with the highest return on investment stats.
Beth continued this career path with other luxury firms such as Baker Furniture, Lillian August and ABC Carpet & Home and Pierre Deux. She was the top producer at each of these firms. Her passion for Interiors gives her a unique skill set in presenting and marketing properties for sale. Her business savvy gives sellers an edge in getting the highest return on their investment.
In her own real-estate dealings, Beth realized a huge ROI in selling her Park Slope co-op. After only 3 years after purchase she received double the purchase price and quadrupled cash in cash out. In Dallas, where the market collapsed at the time, she was still able to get higher than purchase price for her condo after only 1 year of ownership. This success even in a down market is what gave her the real-estate bug.
Beth’s love for art, architecture, theater and music consume her free time when she is not pairing a buyer to a sellers perfect property. Having grown up in Brooklyn and lived on the Upper East Side for many years she is servicing both sides of the Bridge for all your real-estate needs.
